The film tells about the EC IFAS activities implemented recently on the ASBP-3 development road. It presents the EC IFAS vision and strategy and provides the feedback of the partner organizations on the development processes.

“This is only the start. The most work is still ahead. And in particular EC IFAS, which has developed very nicely over the last 3 years already, has to be strengthened with regard to its capacities to accompany and to monitor the process of the Aral Sea Basin Program – 3”.
